The Secure E-Waste Export and Recycling Act (SEERA) aims to enact export controls on certain electronic equipment not properly recycled

E-waste contains elements essential to the manufacturing of devices necessary for a modern, progressive society. The export e-waste deprives the US of a readily available domestic source of these vital elements.
